Prepare the Package

Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your package to the designated courier; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
